Serbian citizens do not need Visas to travel to E.U.(09.12.2009)

EU abolishes visas for Serbian citizens

The EU Council of Ministers decided to abolish visas for Serbian citizens starting from December 19th 2009.

Serbian citizens will be enabled to travel to all EU countries, except the UK and Ireland, as they are not members of the Schengen Agreement. On the other hand, they will be able to travel to Switzerland and Norway without visas, even though these countries are not EU members, but are signatories of the Schengen Agreement.
